Ingredients

- ½ frozen banana
- 1 handful fresh spinach (optional for extra nutrients)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water (or unsweetened almond milk)
- Juice of ½ lime
- Ice, if desired
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.

- Add more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
