One of the easiest, and quickest breakfast you'll ever make. (I actually have this for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner sometimes.) Super quick, yummy, and healthy!

Spread a layer of cream cheese
Add sliced tomato
Add sliced avocado
Add one-two eggs, however you like them cooked (I prefer over easy)

Activity: Torrey Pines Trail Hike
Get out and get active with a view. As the weather starts to get warms and the May grey begins to fade away- enjoying a hike down by the beach doesn't sound too bad. Something active and outdoors is always a good change of pace, especially for those who work inside all day long! It is not too far for some of us Southern California natives.
Workout: Full Body
Coming home for the summer means getting back in shape and creating healthy lifestyle habits. I love waking up early and getting my parents to join me for a workout in our home gym before starting the day. Here is a workout you can do in the convenience of your own home and shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes.
4 Rounds Total
40 seconds of Exercise, 20 seconds of Rest
1. Reverse Lunges
2. DB Press / Push Ups (if you do not have dumbbells available)
3. Glute Bridge
4. Plank
5. Side Lunge
6. DB Renegade Row / Mountain Climbers (again, if you do not have dumbbells available)
Set your timer, and get your sweat on. It is quick and will leave you feeling energized the rest of the day.
Book: The Slight Edge
If you're looking for some motivation to be better than the average 95% of people, this is the book for you. I've read this book multiple times. As an athlete myself, I am highly competitive and always am looking for the "Slight Edge". This book teaches you how the mundane, simple, little tasks are some of the most important. We often overthink these little things, they are so easy to do, yet so easy not to do. What separates the average from great? Read this and you'll find out. It targets everything in life, not just sports, but relationships, interpersonal struggles, friendships, financial hardship, and just the motivation to get going and keep going over a lifetime.
Note From the Editor and Agency Owner
I wanted to personally thank my daughter Alexandra for a wonderful couple of years working for our agency. As she received her licensing in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance upon her graduation from SDSU, our family thought that her career would be the next generation Farmers Insurance Agency for Domingo & Associates. Working with this caring, intelligent and attractive young women was one of the most endearing and special times of my life. We learned about each others working habits, our business, education and life lessons. As a parent first, I noticed that the passion of our insurance practice was not there for Lexie at this point of her life.
Alexandra Domingo reduced her hours at the agency and focused on Social Media, Marketing and Educator Relationships. During that time she was hired as a Special Education Teacher for Pre-School at California Avenue Elementary. To our family's amazement, she applied for a fellowship to the State of New York Educational System. She was accepted into the program and will be leaving for New York In June. She will be working and living in Brooklyn while pursuing her Masters in Special Education. This kid is a rock star and a solid God Loving Christian Women. I will pray daily for Peace, Protection and Prosperity for Lexie. Time permitting, she will continue to assist our agency. Her first priority will be her Masters. I am honored to be her earthly father. It is with a heavy heart to say good bye to my daughter. With tears in my eyes I truly am the proudest father to Alexandra Victoria Mae Domingo. God Speed my dear Lexie Girl. Our Faith and Love will be forever dad and daughter.
With Love, Compassion and Admiration, Dad.
