SCHOOL STARTS, GOAL SETTING, LIFE INSURANCE

Happy fall everyone! Seasons may be changing, but our services remain the same. We hope you all enjoy this new season, reflect to set some quarterly goals, and begin to fall back to stay on track after a few hectic months. School has started back for many with distance learning and virtual classes as the topic of discussion.  How are you handling the education system with your family?   Lately, we have been keeping busy with the pups, the on-going construction in our backyard, and trying to keep as much of a social life as we can through these uncertain times. This month we celebrated our dad's birthday. He had a great time gathering with a few family and friends. We wish him nothing but peace, joy, and a success this next year. He thanks each and every one of you for your many birthday wishes! We hope everyone wrapped up summer safely and is looking forward to the new season coming.  Finally, in our industry, September is life insurance awareness month.  The responsible and loving gift of a life insurance policy for your loved ones will provide one of the most confident feelings we all instinctively want, security. Enjoy the read and we appreciate any feedback.

Restaurant Review

Did ya know, strawberries are good for your muscles, brain, and heart health? They help lower blood pressure, helps in preventing cancerous diseases, and supports cognitive function. This month we are reviewing the new Strawberry Shack in the heart of downtown Carlsbad. A perfect place for a sweet snack or tasty dessert, the fresh ingredients are refreshing, tasty, and delicious. We have known the owner, Russ Bruhn, for many years and are happy to support another locally owned business in our home town. They have everything strawberry from chocolate dipped strawberries, to strawberry fudge, sundaes, and much more! Tell the boss Russ that Bingo Domingo sent you to enjoy his very flavorful offerings.  The Strawberry Shack is just one of "The Carlsbad Gourmet's" business units.  He also provides private label manufactured sauces and drink mixes for Stone Brewery and Lego Land.

Festive Fall

Its coming to that time of the year when we all are offered something sweet to eat.  The hospitality we receive from most of our family and friends seem to always have some type of sweet treat or snack to offer.  How can you say no?  We encourage you to balance your sweet tooth by only accepting or eating one treat a day.  Remember to count the treats and the size of your treats to keep the holiday 10lbs away.  If you don't the holiday 10 turns into the holiday 15 or the horrible 20.  Balance, self control and sharing are all good characteristics to live a happy and healthy life.  Enjoy the recipes below.  Moderation is the key to self control with all food, drink and snacks.

Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients:
-1 box yellow cake mix
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon OR pumpkin pie spice (OPTIONAL)
-1 can of canned pumpkin
-1 C powdered sugar

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Mix cake mix, canned pumpkin, and cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice in a bowl
-Place batter in a pastry bag and cut off the end for a 1/2" opening
-Pipe batter into a baked cake donut pan
-Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees
-Place hot donuts in bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated to liking

Pumpkin Protein Shake

I know people go crazy for pumpkin spice lattes, but I'd have to admit pumpkin pie protein shakes are one of my favorites! A super easy breakfast on the go, protein packed snack, or nice refreshing and healthy alternative for a pumpkin pie dessert.

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of pumpkin (canned)

-1 small banana (frozen for extra thickness)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-11 oz. of Vanilla Premier Protein shake OR 1 scoop of vanilla protein + 1 C of almond milk

Directions:
-Place all ingredients into a blender.
-Blend until consistency of your choice
-Feel free to add a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!

Bingo's Bash

On September 9th we celebrated our dad and the founder of the agency for his 53rd birthday. Although we weren't able to throw the big Bingo's Bash that our dad deserves, he was able to get together with some of his closest friends and family to celebrate his special day. Have you ever done a Bourbon Tasting ?  Make certain that you offer a list of the Bourbons to your guest, then have someone in the party pour a responsible size shot in secret to not give away the name of the Bourbon.  Have a sheet of paper and a pen so your tasters can make notes and try to guess which Bourbon is being tasted.  Its always important to have plenty of water to clear the pallet and a few snacks for the light weights.  SO many of you reached out to wish him a happy birthday and I know he was elated to hear from you all. Thank you all who spent the evening with him, all that wished him a happy birthday, and all that were there in spirit.

Workout of the Month

The 100 Club
Complete each body weight exercise for 100 reps each! Break up the receptions as you choose to, but make sure you reach 100. Keep a running timer until all reps are complete. Feel free to add a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, or just your own body weight!

1. Squats
2. Reverse Lunges
3. Sumo Squats
4. Push Ups
5. Supermans

*** If you feel up to it, see how many times you can go through the exercise starting at 100 reps and decreasing by 10 each round. For example, Round 1 = 100 reps reach, Round 2 = 90 reps each, Round 3 = 80 reps each...etc.

A Note From the Agency Owner

September is Life Insurance Awareness Month.  This product is near and dear to my heart.  I was able to start my career insuring many of my family and friends.  I enjoyed working with families because the wrap around product to complete a personal insurance portfolio is life insurance.  Many products are available, which include term insurance and permanent insurance.  Their definitions are below provided by Investopedia.

Term insurance is a type of life insurance policy that provides coverage for a certain period of time or a specified "term" of years. If the insured dies during the time period specified in the policy and the policy is active, or in force, a death benefit will be paid.

Permanent life insurance policies offer a death benefit and cash value. The death benefit is money that's paid to your beneficiaries when you pass away. ... Permanent life insurance lasts from the time you buy a policy to the time you pass away, as long as you pay the required premiums.

I believe in this product because it assisted in paying for my best mans children's education and an adjustment fund for them when he passed away a couple of years ago.  I believe in this product because one of my co workers I sold a term insurance policy to many years ago passed away and she was a single mother with  a three year old and assisted with final expenses and a college fund for him.  I believe in this product because a client purchased a life insurance policy on their son who was in a fatal car accident giving the parents funds for the funeral and future funding.  Please call, text or email for a Free Farmers Friendly Review.  There are products that build cash value and there are products that are very inexpensive for a certain period.  My job is to educate you on this product that is purchased because of love.  Thanks for reading and understanding how much we care about you and your family.

Kindly, Glenn & Amanda Domingo, your agency for a lifetime.

Summertime Birthdays and Celebrating from a Distance

Texas Bar-B-Que Ribs - Grilling Outdoor Recipes powered by Bull Outdoor Products

With the weather warming up and summer coming to a close, we hope you are all healthy and enjoying the sun as much as possible. We have been keeping busy with some new construction on the house, the new puppies, and trying to get down to the beach during our free time. This month we celebrated my sister, Lexie's 25th birthday, and my 23rd birthday. It was our first birthday's apart, but we both enjoyed a mellow day with our friends. Face Time really helps too.  Can you believe that we have used up 8 months of the year and 6 of those months under the Covid-19 restrictions.  What have you been up to these last couple weeks of summer? We hope you all have a safe and fun rest of your summer!

Birthday Celebration

Lex and I both celebrated our birthday's this month. Although we weren't together we still had a great time. Funny how empty our family feels when we are not together, mostly dad, but we all look forward to being together again soon for the Holidays.  What a great birthday gift my boyfriend Wes shared with me.  We took a flight in one of the oldest commercial biplanes, from 1924, over the San Diego coast & enjoyed a weekend away exploring Zion National Park.  Reflecting back and setting goals for the future, I am super grateful to be back home surrounded by family & friends. This year I look forward to beginning my journey at nursing school and settling back into California. If you are ever in Carlsbad, look me up at Senor Grubby's as I start my side hustle in the restaurant industry.  Both my mom and dad worked in restaurants before opening up their insurance practice.  Looking forward to the tips as well.  Lex took a drive from NYC to Pittsburgh to visit Addison for her birthday weekend. They enjoyed a Tiki Float down the river with a couple of cocktails to celebrate. Lex looks forward to navigating the new teaching and educational challenges this year and exploring New York City with her boyfriend, Ian. She completed the Masters Program at Long Island University in Special Education.  My dad introduced her to the Director of Special Education for the Carlsbad Unified School District and hopefully someday soon she will return home when she is ready.

Restaurant Review

With restaurants opening back up I thought this month I'd give you a list of a few that we have been too and believe they are adhering to the guidelines and have adapted to these new ways of dining out.

1. Mikko Sushi - Created a super nice outdoor dining area. Salmon skin salad is my favorite!
2. Crackheads - Made their own upper deck seating. Great place for a cocktail or Sunday brunch!
3. 264 Fresco - Turned their parking lot into an elegant dining space. I love cioppino!
4. The Best Pizza - Cool outdoor vibe. Super casual, great pizza, wings, and beer!
5. Señor Grubby's - Made a new outdoor bar and deck to sit at. If you love spice, shrimp diablo is YUMMY.

***Beware that hours are subject to change at most restaurants during COVID-19, so what websites say may not apply. We suggest calling ahead of time if you are concerned.***

INDEPENDENCE DAY

A celebration of our nation and our grandmother, Mama Fili. We hope you all had a safe and fun holiday weekend and started your month of July with family and friends.  Understand that we have a Nation that was built with sweat and tears to provide freedoms from the Mother Land of England.  Let us not forget that we call July 4th, Independence Day for a reason.  We were happy to celebrate my grandmother, Mama Fili's birthday, who is now 84 years old and still has one of the sharpest minds. The sweetest, most caring soul, who will cook a Filipino feast whenever you want!  A few of her characteristics and formulas for living a long life is staying on routine.  She attends dialysis three days a week and makes certain to have a balanced breakfast on those days to assist with the strenuous routine of this life saving routine.  Mama Fili is going on her 8th year of dialysis and the Da Vita Clinic of Scripps Encinitas have been a true life saver for her.  We had such a scare last year that every day with Mama Fili is a gift.  Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes for her.  We hope that your 4th of July Celebration was spent with family and friends.  We typically celebrate on our patio watching the Carlsbad Village Barrio Wars as neighbors try to out do each other with a cool neighborhood firework show.

Strong and Beautiful Mama Fili

Happy Birthday, We Love You!

ADDISON’S BIRTHDAY, the agencies best telemarketer to date !!!

To celebrate Addison’s big 26th birthday, my parents took a quick weekend trip to Pittsburgh. They got to see his new three bedroom home, enjoy some home cooked meals, meet his new roommate, and spruce up and plant in his garden. Mom and Dad also assisted with a few repairs by getting a book shelf assembled and decorated for his living room.  He is making a living manufacturing and distributing CBD and hemp products.  Please check him out online at https://followthetreesridethevibe.com/  We look forward to having Addison home for a quick trip to celebrate my cousins 21st birthday later this month.

Addison is also still in love with the game of baseball.  Just like a trip we took while he was playing collegiate baseball, Addison hit a home run during an adult league game.  He looks over to see his mom and pop and then boom blast, out of the park.  So cool.  His passion continues while coaching a travel team and providing private lessons.  The wonderful Hawaiian Meal provided for his birthday dinner is owned by one of his player/students parents.  Being a business owner has many perks.  Making your own schedule and having time is a big one, so is bartering.  Thank you Hapa Hawaiian Grill in Pittsburgh for the Ono Grinds.

TRIP TO NEW YORK

New York night out

My time in New York has officially come to an end. Although I still have much growing up to do, New York taught me so much about myself, life, and hard work. The lessons I’ve learned and the experiences I have been through are intangible. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and the chance to live in the most diverse city in the world with my best friend, my sister. As I will be staying in Southern California, she made her way back to the big apple.  Lexie will be highlighted next month as she finishes her Masters Degree from Long Island University of Brooklyn in Special Education.  I am so proud of her as she works another year making a difference in children's life.  Mom and dad wish she was home working on her career path here, but we all understand how exciting NYC is and how much Lexie is having the time of her life.  Be safe sissy.  We love you.

My mom and dad extended their east coast trip to visit Lexie and to pack up and haul back my final belongings from our beautiful apartment of 22E.  We did probably miss the best 4 months of our lives due to Covid-19, but our family worked together to make the most of it.  No more free accommodations for the family when visiting NYC !!! But mom and dad are also off the hook for the supplemental rental income we received while working and studying there.  New York City is a great place to get educated and learn the city life.  Man, dad could make a nice living with the insurance premiums being paid in the Big Apple, but he ain't doing to bad in So Cal.

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY: SIR WINSTON & LADY LUCY

Lucy watching some TV
With open paws we welcomed not just one, but two French bulldogs into our family. Our new pet insurance promoters. We are grateful for our family friends who were looking for another loving family to adopt them and thought of us. Winston is a protector, doesn’t listen as well as his sister, and loves finding anything to nibble on. Lucy is such a lover, she gets jealous easily, and loves attention. They both love hanging by the kitchen whenever we are cooking & they love cuddling up with each other. We believe they are just being protective with us, but they lunge and bark at other dogs.  They might look cute, but when there hairs stick up their spine, they are a leash full.  We just started training them at the Furacademy with our friend Michelle.  If you have any recommendations while training these 8 month old pups, let us know!

A Note From the Agency Owner

In closing, with so much information accessible to us and how current events in our world today are unfolding, we leave it up to the reader to distinguish what is true and what is false news and events.  Research on validity from news was reliable in times past, but now we have to figure it out on our own.  Who do you trust ?  What is the truth and what is false ?  The only input our agency has to share about validating the truth is to do your own homework and surround yourselves with friends and family that have proven their trustworthiness.  Don't rely on others until they have earned your trust to tell you what is true or false.  God gave us the ability to choose.  God, our Creator gave us minds to use to determine what is true and what is false.  The way that each of us were brought up and the environment we grew up in also determines our perception.  I pray daily for our world to be a better place for our future generations.  One random act of kindness each of us can perform to one another will change the world.  Won't you try that for humanity, I will.

Kindly and always with Gratitude, Glenn and Amanda Domingo

June 2020

Happy Fathers Day

Summer is here!

It is my favorite time of the year. Although most of us did not expect our summer to start out this way, how can we complain when living in Southern California. We've been lucky to have some great weather lately and we have been spending our sunny days on the beach, walking, lounging, and enjoying the ocean.  There is a reason us California Beach Lovers call it the June Gloom.  We plan on having great weather in the next coming months.

Everyone Home

This month started with everyone coming home. We had a full house plus Addison's girlfriend, Arianna, and Lexie's boyfriend, Ian, joining us. Lots of time spent at the beach, hanging at the house, and visiting with family and friends (6ft apart of course).  It was also nice to be able to go out and eat and be served.   Mom and Dad will be taking a quick trip this summer back east to help Lexie move into her new apartment and see Addison's new home in Pittsburgh!  We are so blessed to be able to call Carlsbad home as well as have the ability to travel back and forth.  Just another validation of the career choice  Mom and Dad made with the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies.  If any of you have questions or concerns about a career in the insurance industry, Glenn is all ears and has time to answer any questions or concerns.

Beach Day

Family Dinner

Brunch with Mom

Brunch with mom was special because she was able to show us off to her Weekly Women's Bible Study group.  These dedicated Lovers of the Lord have been meeting together for about 7 years.  The blessings continue and we hope to share our faith with our own families in the future.

Quarantoned

As gyms and fitness center begin opening up, maybe you've decided you like the workouts from home and feel safer. Incorporate this into your next gym day or continue to do it right from the comfort of your house.  Working out is part of life, don't take movement and motion for granted.  Dad just finished his 6 week post operation follow for knee arthroscopic surgery.  Remember, for every pound of weight you lose, that equates to 3.5 lbs of relief from your joints and bones.  Below is a great circuit for a full body workout.

4 Rounds 12 Repetitions EACH

1. Burpees
2. Sumo Squats
3. Push Ups
4. Full Sit Up
5. Tricep Dips
6. Plank Walk Out to Push Up
7. Jump Squats

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's out there. Always our number one fan, we want to give a  shout out to our dad! We appreciate all that you do for our family. The business that you built out of the love for us shows through the clients you retain and the relationships you have with each and every one of them. We are grateful that you protect, teach, and love us on a daily basis. Happy Father's Day, Dad.  Again, with the career path that Mom and Dad chose, we were able to have Papa Bingo Coach, make everyone of our games, tournaments or swimming meets.  Studies have shown all dads around the world want is a phone call on Farther's Day.  If you are fortunate enough to still have your dad living on this earth, reach out and give him some talk time on the phone.

Protect your skin!

With summer here and the weather heating up, don't forget to lather on the sunscreen. Here are some facts, tips, and brands that are dermatologist recommended to keep your skin healthy and happy. Your skin is your most important and life long accessory, treat it right!

With so many types of sunscreens, how do you choose the right one for you?

• Spray – Spray sunscreen can be more convenient than lotions, especially for parents applying sunscreen for children. If you do choose a spray, be sure to use a generous and even coating and apply more frequently.

• Built-in Sunscreen – Some moisturizers, lipsticks and foundations contain sunscreen. These are perfect for days when you will not be spending much time outdoors and are good for everyday protection. If you do plan on spending a lot of time in the sun, be sure to use a secondary source of sun protection.

• Mineral – Mineral or hypoallergenic sunscreens are now available for those with sensitive skin. These types of sunscreen sit on the skin instead of being absorbed into it, providing you protection without irritation.

• Sweat- or Water-Resistant – Although water-resistant and sweat-resistant sunscreens are not 100% waterproof, they are specifically formulated to stay on the skin even after getting wet. It is important to reapply every two hours or after getting out of the water.

• Stick – Sunscreen sticks are perfect for spot application, such as your nose and ears. These areas are important and are among the areas most commonly affected by skin cancer.
When selecting a sunscreen, purchase one with an SPF of 15 or higher. You should also select broad-spectrum, or full-spectrum, sunscreen as it is designed to protect you from both UVA and UVB rays.
Remember whatever sunscreen you choose, the most important thing is that you are consistent with it.

Mas Fina Cantina - Carlsbad, CA
Hours: 8am - 2am (COVID may change these)

A local spot on State Street in downtown Carlsbad. Perfect for any time of the day. They serve food and beverages, open during COVID-19. The outdoor seating is perfect to enjoy an appetizer and a drink on a sunny afternoon. It is also pet friendly & the staff will make you feel like you're enjoying a meal in your own home. This restaurant / bar is one of Carlsbad's hidden jems for food.  They have daily specials that you would never guess can come out of a a home town watering hole.  We encourage you to drop in and get a bite to eat.  Below is a link to their menu.

We both hope you enjoyed the read and the information.  Let's all finish this summer strong with consideration of others regarding COVID - 19.  Social Distance, you might be comfortable, have the strongest immunity system on the planet, but other people are still very uncertain and scared.  We have mentioned more than once, if we all can perform a random act of kindness, our world would change.  Stay safe, be smart and always call, text, email or facetime with questions or concerns.  Have a wonderful summer.  Kindly, Amanda and Glenn Domingo, your agency for a LIFETIME.

May 2020

Lots of reasons to celebrate this month! From Cinco de Mayo to Mother's Day, Jen's 49th birthday and Memorial Day. We hope you are all staying safe and healthy and finding the positives through this unfamiliar time. There's still so much to celebrate and so much to be grateful for. We are thankful to still be operating with normal hours. We are here for you all; feel free to reach out at anytime.

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the mommas out there! This one was a special one to celebrate. Quarantine has definitely shown how much work our mom's do on a daily basis. We celebrated our mom, Juni (what we call her), with both my grandmother's. Started the day with a nice beach walk and coffee and donuts and then just relaxed by the pool for the day. Mom's you are the true heroes. We celebrate you this month and everyday.

Above is our Mama Fili.  The kindest person that my dad knows is what he says.  She has been a true example of grace to our family.  Nothing seems to rattle her.  She has dealt with so much sacrifice in her life.  She was the eldest of four children and started helping her family when she was 9 years old.  Her father, Andres Palma, my great grandfather on my dads side, left his family to properly immigrate to the United States.  Papa, as we called him, left his family for 13 years working in Hawaii to send money to his wife and four children until he was able to afford and petition for each of them to enter America.  Mama Fili assisted Mama Ludy, for those 13 years raising her younger siblings.  Her work ethic has been instilled in each of the Domingo kids.  It is nice having Mama Fili live next to us in her granny flat with Auntie Des.  There is no doubt that she makes the best lumpia filling and rolls each one by hand. Our family had a scare last year with a life threatening infection.  She still works hard in her life as she has to go to dialysis three days a week and assist with the living arrangements with her daughter.  Alexandra loves her heart and her kindness.  Addison thinks she is the best Filipino Cook in the world and I love her patience.  Remember to pay respect to your elders.  All they want is the best for us and I know she loves spending every second that she has with us.  I feel a sense of pride and confidence in the presence of my mom and my dad's mom.  Thank you to all the moms in my life that have given me gifts of love, kindness and material goods.  In any event, give your mom a big hug from the Domingo Agency.

Happy Birthday, Mom!

This month we celebrate Mom's 49th birthday! Our family and our business would not be the same without you. We see how hard you work for everyone else on a daily basis and want to just celebrate and cater to YOU for the day. Thanks for all you do day in and day out. We love you!

My Dearest Jenifer,

I can't think of how life would be without you.  From our first date on July 4th, 1993, we have been inseparable.  I still carry the letter you wrote to me on January 13, 1994, and wanted to share with the world the letter.  At your request, this letter was for my eyes only.  Someday, I know I will use it as a platform to Glorify our Lord and to give testimony to our marriage.
The one item I did want to share with everyone was your belief and faith in me.  That was the spark to the beginning of our relationship and marriage in front of God and the world.  The word BELIEVE is so powerful as it already for tells the accomplishment completed in the future.  Because of your trust in me to take care of you and Addison back then, I am able to accomplish many things to improve our family.  We were able to carry that belief in the raising of our daughters as well.  Look what they have done.  All three are believers, all three have undergraduate degrees with athletic scholarships, two have Masters Degrees and we have one business owner already.  Therefore, the belief I have in our Creator, His Son and His Holy Spirit, we can accomplish anything.      (Philippians 4:13)
Now that our children are coming of age as they select the person in their lives to be life long partners, not to soon and not to quickly, I pray daily that they too are equally yoked spiritually, physically and mentally.  I do this in honor of Him and in honor of you.  Having a belief that they are chosen and that they choose the right partner is the most important decision they can make aside from their salvation.  Let us continue to be good examples of two people that do not agree on everything, but have understanding that each of our thoughts and opinions are our own and that each thought matters.  Thank you for all you do for our family, for your family, for our friends and for me.  Thank you for sharpening me with your love, with your accountability and with your love of our God and children.
My final words of this letter, as I have said before, is putting God before me.  I hope and pray that our Lord reveals to you a passion of service and purpose in your life aside from our immediate family.  You have done a wonderful job with Addison, Alexandra and Amanda.  The world deserves that love you share and I know you will do a great job in what ever comes your way.  Keep the humor going forever and your mystery of quietness as we continue this journey of life.  You will always be that beautiful tan 22 year old I met on July 4th 1993.

With kindness, love and admiration, Bingo.

Restaurant Review

Still trying to support our local businesses during quarantine. This month I have decided to feature: Las Olas! Cinco de Mayo themed and they have to go margaritas which is tough to turn down. They are open daily from 11:30am - 7pm. Located downtown Carlsbad, it is the perfect spot to grab a couple of margaritas, some chips and guac and head toward the beach for a sunset cruise. Super great service, everyone is super friendly and they are quick! Maybe grab some takeout for your next Taco Tuesday!  Remember to keep it local and support our Carlsbad Restaurants.  The owners are all friendly and laid back.  They compete to keep up with their neighboring restaurants.  They sharpen each other.

Lex has been in New York since the quarantine started. With her online teaching and travel bans lifted she was able to come back to California for a few weeks. Although this quarantine is not ideal, it has brought me and my sister back to California and we can not complain about that! Addison is still in Pittsburgh and currently is moving into a new place. Lex will eventually return to New York, and I will be staying back in California. I am SO grateful for the opportunities New York has brought me and I am excited to be going back to school so I can get my teaching credential. For now, we are enjoying the time together and definitely enjoying the recipes Chef Lex has been whippin' up.

A Note from the Agency Owner

As we slowly return back to an open economy and socializing, please keep in mind the respect for others.  Others might be scared and frightened of catching Covid 19.  That is ok.  Respect our fellow neighbors and persons.  Because of the quickness and dramatic changes to our normal lives, it will take time for people to trust our society and each other.  That is ok.  Try not to judge how people are dressed with their face mask and protective gear.  We all have a self preservation mechanism withing us and that is ok.

If you have been blessed with keeping your job or business, release the good vibes back to this world by giving your time, talents and treasures to improve our society.  To often we get caught up on surviving rather than thriving.  Thriving is an attitude we all have within us because it is a matter of passing positive energy, thoughts, prayers and acts of kindness to others.  We all can share.  Thriving is not just material.  Again, we are here and there to assist you with your non profits and the first responders.  Just Ask.

Be Safe, with kindness and gratitude, Glenn P Domingo and Amanda N.A. Domingo, your bloggers from the Best Coast.
